People join via email confirmation, Google, or Microsoft Entra SSO. Platform roles (admin, editor, viewer) and organization roles (org_admin, org_member, org_reader) keep writes, membership, and exports in the right hands—without blocking collaboration.

New users can create an account with email verification or join via Google with their own personal organization. Enterprises enable Microsoft Entra so staff use work accounts. Linked methods show on the profile so users know how they authenticated.
Roles that match IT PM workflows
Editors maintain vendors, products, capabilities, and contracts. Viewers browse and hold inventory. Org admins manage membership and org-scoped settings (including Entra and CSV export).
Profiles and safe collaboration
Signed-in users have individual profiles to update display name and password. Session-backed auth and server-side checks on mutations protect the catalog. Application and data always stay behind your credentials.
